Coupling By Design

Most of us know what we want in our romantic relationships:

a soft place to land a place to share our hearts without being shunned or judged a place where we are fully accepted — the good and the bad together a place to invest time, energy, and heart for the long run

"knowing" that results in intimacy a person who shares our values a person who desires to spend his or her time with us someone to be co-creative with; in family, in business, in hobby

If this is what we want, then what gets in the way?

Every relationship is unique. The basic design is inherent in the commitment, but the decorating of your relationship is totally up to you. The strength of your relationship depends on many things, all of which are addressed in Couple's Coaching.

• Couple's Equipping comes from a place of strength. You have basic communication tools and your commitment is strong, but realize that a little tweaking and enhancement will only make it better. Perhaps you know you have a special purpose together as a couple but don't know quite how to structure it. Couple's coaching will help.
• Struggling Couples have a different set of needs - both for skills and a level of tenderness while in a fragile place. Couple's coaching meets both very well.
• Designing your Divorce is a fairly new concept. It's the difference between mindless battling, often resulting in courts and lawyers deciding your future for you, or taking a pro-active approach and deciding how and who you want to be, the outcome YOU desire, and how to make it happen.

Couple Coaching Formats & Costs

I provide coaching that is purposely affordable. You do not have to pay high fees to have a great relationship. You can design your coaching fees just like you can design most anything else. There are several possibilities:

• Monthly Package: Your most powerful option. Because of the nature of relationships, I request a 3 month minimum commitment for relationship work and will compensate you with a price break. Initially sessions are held weekly. After any crisis period has passed we can re-design to meet every other week or twice a month. Payable at the beginning of each month.
• Per-Session Rates: There will be an obvious time when your relationship is solid enough to go forward on its own with just a little tweaking now and then. Per session rates are on an on-call basis. One-on-one sessions when you need them. Schedule and pay as needed.
• Support Sandwich: Surround yourself with support when facing a challenging situation. Call ahead to align with your strengths and get clear on desired outcomes before going in. Call afterward to debrief: look at what worked, what didn't work, and plan next steps.
• Workshops: Enjoy a unique and powerful group experience. Workshops can be designed specifically for your group or organization, or sign up for my Newsletter to be notified of upcoming workshops pertinent to you.

Design/Discovery Sessions: The above formats require an initial design or discovery session of $150.

Depending on the option you choose, your sessions will typically range between $75.00 and $100.00.
