The main differences between the Coaching Model and the Therapy Model are listed below in easy to read format. The major difference being that coaching is interested in what is here now, and where you want to go, whereas therapy seeks to know where you've come from to help you unravel the mystery of your present. Both serve their purpose but with the inclusion of coaching you now have a choice of paths for personal growth.
