Are you excited about getting up in the morning?

Bring your creative genius to the world.

When work seems like a chore and you feel like you're just going through the motions, it's time to re-discover your passion.

Harold had owned his own business for 26 years. It was a profitable business and he had good people working for him, but the daily grind was becoming unbearable. The need for change was screaming at him. Something outside him was calling, but every time he thought of heeding the call he froze.

He didn't even know what was calling, but was well aware that to leave the business meant to leave his livelihood. How would he support himself as he pursued new interests? Via coaching he brainstormed ideas, followed up on some, and checked inward to see which ones aligned with his insides.

Harold was courageous. Over the course of several months, he faced fears, made some internal shifts, and in the end connected with his passion...enough to move out of his home and to another state for 5 months to follow his new found dream. And he creatively re-designed his business to work for him while he did so.

A fact of coaching is that when your heart connects with its passion, your brain will make the way.

Feel like your life is out of control?

Make the power of choice work for you.

When you've lost hold of the steering wheel of your life, it's time to get back in the driver's seat.

The last of Megan's children had gone off to college and she was left staring at an empty home and a husband she no longer knew. The kids were the ones that knit the home together and now they were gone. She had a lot of shoulds in her head about what she could and could not do; about what life was supposed to look like. Her church knew, her mother-in-law knew, her neighbors knew, her husband had his ideas. None of them freed her captured heart. Megan too was courageous. She explored her options. She carefully explored her fears, eventually moving past them in her own way.

Questioning the rules that kept her duty bound she kept the ones she truly believed in, and got rid of the rest. Months later she was clear enough to make her own choices, deciding for herself what she wanted her life to look like, and she began to implement the changes.

A fact of coaching is that the only thing needed to design a great life is courage.

Can't find the time to do what is meaningful?

Balance your life.

If life is running you, instead of serving you, adjust your priorities for better results. Create the space for all your values.

Dianna was a stay at home, home-schooling, mother of many. She had had her own interests as a young woman but put them on hold to dedicate herself to her husband and family. She put her interests so far away that she'd forgotten about them. When she was introduced to coaching it re-kindled that creative spark in her. She became agitated as she realized the importance of re-developing this part of her life. To her husband's credit, he recognized his wife's need to pursue her interests and even went so far as having their basement remodeled for her. Giving herself permission to include the things that delighted her heart allowed her to be a better mom, and brought improvement to areas of her life that she hadn't even considered.

A fact of coaching is that it encompasses one's whole life. Affecting one part of your life will absolutely effect the whole.
